NEW to ProofNoMore - Phénomène, Alcohol Removed Wine from France. Phénomène was the first non alcoholic wine produced in the Loire Valley in France by Mathilde and Stephane who are amongst the most famous winemakers of their appellation. They're the 8th generation of winemakers, and all their know how is expressed in this non-alcoholic wine, reflecting all the characteristic aromas of Melon de Bourgogne. The process includes a minimum of 6 months aging in stainless and a gentle low temperature vacuum distillation. The relatively lower acidity of Melon de Bourgogne compared to Riesling allow the Phénomene to be finished with significantly less balancing residual sugar than is typical for some higher acid wines. In fact, there are less than 2g/l RS per 100ml serving in this French NA-Wine. Contains less than 0.5% ABV.
